| 摘 要： | 中国建筑企业的管理模式受到中国市场的经济转型期制度因素和市场因素双重影响。我国经济转型期的特殊制度环境造就了中国既具有统一性又具有分割性的市场特征。为适应市场环境,建筑企业积极通过横向整合管理模式适应环境的变化,但企业在横向整合的过程中出现了很多的困境。

| Abstract: | The management mode of China’s construction enterprises is influenced by the system factors about economic transformation of Chinese market and market factors.Special institutional environment of China’s economic transition created the Chinese market with unity and also segmentation feature.In order to adapt to the market environment,construction companies actively adapt to environmental changes through the horizontal integration management model,but there are many difficulties in the process of horizontal integration. |
