| 摘 要： | 文章首先提出了中医传承中的两大瓶颈问题:一是怎样多出名医、出好名医;二是怎样提高中医整体的水平,并从知识管理的角度进行了解析。然后从知识管理的角度讨论中医传承中的重要问题:即传承人、传承物、传承手段和方法、文化建设和激励机制,并试论其在中医传承中发挥的作用。

| Abstract: | This article points out the two problems in the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine:one is how to train famous and good doctors;the other is how to improve the overall level of traditional Chinese medicine in term of knowledge management.From the point of knowledge management,it discussed the problems in heritance of Chinese medicine in term of knowledge management,such as people,material,way and method,cultural construction and incentive mechanism,and talked about its role in the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine. |
