浅析数控车床刀尖圆弧半径补偿

摘    要:在应用数控车床车削工件时由于有端面、圆锥、及各种曲线等形状,加工中会出现各种形状误差,为了避免形状误差的发生,在加工工件中必须掌握刀尖圆弧半径补偿功能,即刀尖圆弧半径补偿方向的判别,刀补的建立、补偿、取消过程。文章通过加工中产生的形状误差分析,与实例结合,阐述了刀尖圆弧半径补偿在加工时的应用和对工件质量的影响。

Abstract:There would be shape error due to the outline of the work piece such as cone and other curve during the processing by the numerical controlled lathe.The radius of circular arc compensation function should be mastered to avoid the shape error during the processing.Simultaneously the discrimination of the direction of the radius of cutter arc compensation and the procedure of construction,compensation and cancellation of the cutter compensation should also be taken into account.Based on analysis of shape error during the processing,combining with practical example,this paper illustrates radius of circular arc compensation function in machining and its influence to work-piece.
