| 摘 要： | 组合机床融合了如打孔、扩孔、铰孔等多种工序于一体,大大提高了加工效率。但传统的组合机床采用继电器控制,精度低,可靠性不高,已不适合社会发展需要。PLC控制的自动化组合机床,具有自动化程度高,精度高,组合方便,组合周期短等特点,在工业生产等领域有广泛应用。随着PLC控制技术的迅速发展,以PLC为核心的组合机床控制系统已凸显出其优势。

| Abstract: | Combination machine integrates various processing,such as drilling,bearizing,reaming and so on,which greatly improves work efficiency.But traditional combination machine adopt relay,it has low accuracy and reliability,which has already met the needs of social development.Combination machine control by PLC have high degree of automation,high precision,easy combination,short combination cycle and other characteristics.It has a widely used in the industrial production and other fields.With the rapid development of PLC control technology,combination machine tools control system with PLC as the core highlight the advantages. |
