On the Development of U.S.Joint Military Management System

With the increasing scale and frequency of the armies of joint operations,to improve joint combat capability,the U.S.carried out reforms for the military command structure of the joint operations,and introduced a joint officer management system which made specific requirements on the selection,education and promotion of joint officers.
