| 摘 要： | 军用道路是军队的重要军事设施,部队实施快速机动的重要条件。道路交通管制的有效性、准确性、稳定性、安全性决定着军事运输的成败,怎样提高军事运输的能力,充分发挥其保障作用,关键在于道路交通管制是否合理、得当。因此加强战时情况下道路交通管制研究,正是军交运输保障为确保打赢所做的最为基础、最具前瞻性的工作。

| Abstract: | Military road is an important military installation of the armed forces,the important conditions for troops implementing rapid mobility.Effectiveness,accuracy,stability and security of road traffic control determine the success of military transport,and the key to improve the ability of the military transport,give full play to its role in safeguarding lies in road traffic control is reasonable or not.Therefore,strengthening the research on road traffic control in wartime circumstances is the most basic and forward-looking work which made by the military traffic transportation guarantee to ensure the win. |
