The Reflection on Enterprise System and Execution Capability

In today’s increasingly fierce competition in the market,the success or failure of enterprises is almost determined by execution capability.As we know,execution capability is the source of the system,and executive power is the guarantee for the system,they complement each other and both of them are serving for the realization of enterprise goals.At the beginning,the paper will analyze the relations between enterprise system and execution capability,and then illustrate the positive and negative impacts that system impose on the execution through examples,finally,the paper will propose some suggestions that how to set enterprise system from the sight of execution capability.
