摘    要:民营中小企业在经济发展中发挥了越来越重要的作用,但在发展过程中往往忽略战略管理,缺少完善的人力资源管理体系,在一定程序上制约了企业的发展。本文拟从人力资源管理角度对问题进行探讨,找出相应对策。

Abstract:Small and medium-sized private enterprises play a more and more important role in the economic development.But in the process of the development,it often ignores strategic management,and lacks of a perfect human resource management system,which restricts the development of enterprise to a certain extent.This article discusses human resources management issues and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
