| 摘 要： | 通过对2012年篮球规则的主要变化以及对运动员应用技术结构的影响进行研究,研究认为新规则内容的改动在一定程度上有利于篮球运动水平的提高,使比赛更加激烈,更具有观赏性,新规则对于运动员技、战术训练结构体系产生了重要影响。我国篮球应认真研究新规则内容,及时调整训练技术方法,扬长避短发挥自己的优势,为备战2012年伦敦奥运会,取得优异成绩奠定基础。

| Abstract: | By studying the 2012 major changes in the rules of basketball,as well as the structure of the impact of applied technology research,it concluded that the new rule changes to the content to a certain extent,will help raise the level of basketball,so that the competition more intense,more viewing,and the new rules for the athletes technical and tactical training structure of the system had a major impact.In order to improve the level of our basketball,we should carefully study the new rules,timely adjust technical training methods,play to their strengths avoiding weaknesses.We have to lay a solid foundation for achieving outstanding achievements in The London Olympics of 2012 |
