历史街区改造方案研究分析——以哈尔滨中央大街历史街区改造方案为例

哈尔滨是地处祖国东北的一座历史文化名城。在中华民族五千年的历史长河中,这座城市以她独有的魅力,在中国近现代发展过程中留下了浓重的色彩。历史街区是传承本座城市历史文化的载体,本文结合之前中央大街改造后产生的一系列问题,以新一轮中央大街历史街区改造方案为例,阐述了在中央大街历史街区的改造中应如何做到提升城市功能,改善城市形象,优化城市结构,推动城市更新,提出了一些方法和设计案例,以求为今后哈市历史街区改造提供些许参考依据和方法。

Historical Block Reconstruction Plan:Taking Harbin Central Avenue Historic Block Renovation Plan as an Example

Harbin is a historical and cultural city located in the northeast of China.In the Chinese history of five thousand years,the city with her unique charm left a strong color in the Chinese modern development process.The historical block is the inheritance of the city history and culture.This paper,combined with the previous reconstruction of Central Avenue,taking the new round of historical block reconstruction plan as an example,elaborated in the Central Avenue historic district renovation how to promote city function,optimize the structure of city,promote city renewal,and put forward some methods and design case,in order to provide some reference and method to reconstruct the future city historical block.
