| 摘 要： | 药品市场的信息不对称以及药品的特殊性要求政府加强对药品安全的规制。然而我国药品安全规制制度在很多方面还存在缺陷,不利于保障公众的用药安全,需要对规制制度进行创新,以提高规制效果,保障公众的生命健康权。

| Abstract: | It is needed for the government to strengthen the regulations for the medicine safety in case of the information asymmetric in the medicine market and the medicine peculiarities.As to the regulation systems of medicine safety in China,there still exist many shortcomings in many aspects,which are unfit for public safety.It is necessary to improve the present regulation systems for the enhancement of regulation effects and the safeguard of public life health rights. |
