中国特色的新型城镇化道路研究

新型城镇化是以城乡统筹、城乡一体、产城互动、节约集约、生态宜居、和谐发展为基本特征的城镇化。建设新型城镇化是全面建设小康社会的需要,是转变经济发展方式的需要。在城镇化进程中,要坚持"四化"协调发展,推进城乡发展一体化,科学推进城市群的规模和格局,加快户籍制度改革。但在城镇化进程中,也要注意保障粮食安全,要因地制宜,不能搞"一刀切"等。

A Study of the New Path of Urbanization with Chinese Characteristics

The new type of urbanization refers to the urbanization which is basically characterized as the urban and rural areas as a whole, the urban and rural integration, the interaction between production and city, economical and intensive development, the ecological livable habitat and a harmonious development. The construction of new urbanization is the need of building a well-off society in an all- round way and the need of transformation of the pattern in economic development. In the urbanization process, we must adhere to the ＂four modernizations＂ with a coordinated development, promote the integration of urban and rural development, scientifically promote the scale and structure of urban agglomerations, and speed up the reform of household registration system. But in the process of urbanization, we should also pay attention to safeguarding food security, to adjusting measures to local conditions, and to eliminating the ＂one size fits all＂ strategy.
