| 摘 要： | 农村土地征用引发的问题已成为当前"三农"问题中的一个焦点。文章从农地征收补偿现状、农地增值分配问题的意义出发,结合我国现行法律法规和古今中外专家名人的农地增值分配理论,阐述了改变目前农地征收补偿方式的意义。

| Abstract: | Problems caused by rural land expropriation has become a focus in the current ＂three issues related to agriculture＂. From the farmland expropriation and compensation status quo, the significance of agricultural land value-added distribution, combined with our current laws and regulations and expert on ancient and modern, Chinese and foreign celebrities of farmland value distribution theory, discussed the significance of changing the current expropriation compensation mode. |
