试析我国西部欠发达地区人力资源开发与经济发展的关系

人力资源是现在社会活动中重要的资源,对社会的进步、经济的发展有着关键性的作用。在社会发展中缺少人力资源会导致其他各种资源不能够协调和充分发挥出自身的功能。在新的时代里,人们开始关注并且重视人力资源的开发,提升人力资源的重要地位,人力资源已经成为社会发展中必要的资源,直接影响着社会的经济发展。文章主要概述了人力资源开发相关的理论与概念,分析了西部欠发达地区人力资源开发与经济发展间的相互关系,提出了西部欠发达地区人力资源开发中存在的问题,并制定了相应的解决对策等。

On the Relationship Between Human Resources Development and Economic Development in the Less-developed Areas in Western China

Human resources are the most important resources in social activities, on the progress of the society, plays a key role in economic development. The lack of human resources will lead to the bad cooperation of other resources and their function cannot be gave full play. In the new era, people began to pay attention and attach importance to the development of human resources. The status of human resources became important; human resources have become the necessary resources in social development, directly impact on social economic development. This paper provides an overview of human resource development theory and related concepts, analyzes the relationship between human resources and economic development in the less-developed areas in western China, points out the problems of human resources development, put forward the suggestions.
