企业社会资本对企业管理的消极影响研究

文章认为,企业的社会资本会使企业的管理面临锁定效应危机。根据社会资本的具体分类,社会资本为企业管理带来的锁定效应具体表现为:(1)结构型社会资本会导致企业管理封闭化,削弱企业成员之间的合作意愿,使企业管理出现结构型锁定;(2)关系型社会资本会增加企业获取资源和信息的难度,破坏企业现有制度,使企业管理面临功能型锁定;(3)认知型社会资本会导致企业管理产生认知上的冲突,使企业管理面临认知型锁定。企业应该采取创新组织结构、建立学习型组织、鼓励非正式交流等措施,来消除社会资本产生的消极影响。
