| 摘 要： | 文章以供应链企业为研究对象,基于企业精细化管理与系统化管理的视觉,借鉴国内外先进企业的库存管理理念和产供销管一体化、系统化、集成化、模式化、信息化、现代化的运营方法,通过对库存优化等管理经验和行为结果进行系统分析研究,深入探讨了库存管理的优化、调控与创新的相应机制和对策,以实现企业提高整体库存体系的综合运营管理水平,从而达到进一步挖潜效能,增进企业效益的目的。

| Abstract: | Supply chain enterprise as the research object, based on the enterprise vision of fine management and systematic management, advanced enterprises at home and abroad for reference, the concept of inventory management and supply, integrated, systematic, integrated, modeled, informationization, modernized operation method, through to the inventory optimization management experience and behavior results in system analysis and research, further discusses the optimization of inventory management, regulation and innovation of mechanism and corresponding countermeasures, in order to realize the enterprise to improve the overall comprehensive operation management level of inventory system, so as to achieve further development efficiency, improve enterprise efficiency. |
