黑龙江省农业利用FDI的经济效益分析

农业外商直接投资对东道地区的农业发展产生的资本积累效应、外溢效应,将直接促进该地区农业经济的发展。基于黑龙江省1992—2012年农业总产值、外商实际直接投资额、农村居民人均纯收入等数据,文章运用灰色理论的GM(0,2)模型对黑龙江省的农业FDI的经济效益进行分析,得出农业FDI直接促进黑龙江省的农业总产值的增长,促进农村居民人均纯收入增加的结论。文章提出,要加快黑龙江省农业发展,就要积极引进农业外商投资,充分合理利用农业FDI,充分发挥FDI的作用等合理建议。

The Analysis of Economic Efficiency in Using the Agricultural FDI in Heilongjiang Province

The Capital Accumulation and spillover effects of Agricultural FDI in Heilongjiang Dongdao District will directly contribute to the development of agricultural economy in the region. As a major agricultural province, Heilongjiang has used the Agricultural FDI to directly increase economic efficiency of agriculture, to promote agriculture growth steadily and healthily. This paper applies the gray theory GM （0,2） model to analyze the economic efficiency the Agricultural FDI to agriculture in Heilongjiang Province by using the data of Agricultural Output, actual foreign direct investment, per capita net income of rural residents during 1992-2012 in Heilongjiang province. And the conclusions of this analysis suggest that Agricultural FDI has directly promoted agricultural output growth and increase of per capita net income of ntral residents in Heilongjiang Province. Therefore, this paper suggests that the government should introduce foreign investment in agriculture actively, make full use of agricultural FDI and make it a role.
