| Abstract: | Green development is the new development concept from the report to the 18th National Congress of CPC, it is also the necessary routine to our country＇s transformation and upgrading for ＂China＇s Twelfth Five Year plan＂, this situation is typical in rapid industrialization area. Taking Dongguan as a case, this paper analyzes the implementation bottleneck for rapid industrialization area implementing green development strategy, and discusses the breakthrough strategy. |
