The Comparative Study of Credit Guarantee System for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of the U.S., Japan and South Korea

The problem of financing difficulty has been restricting the development of China＇s small and medium-sized enterprises for a long time, whose root cause lies in the lack of perfect guarantee system of financing for small and medium- sized enterprises. By analyzing and comparing the characteristics and operation mechanisms of small and medium-sized enterprises in The U.S., Japan and South Korea, methods and experience for reference are summarized and put forward.
