| 摘 要： | 黄河三角洲开发建设的黄金期,促进洲内中心城市新农村建设进一步发展,但新农村可持续发展还是略显动力不足。文章以滨州市为例,分析黄河三角洲开发给新农村带来的环境变化,结合经典的SWOT环境分析工具,对影响新农村可持续发展的诸多影响因素进行多角度透析,梳理得出黄河三角洲新农村可持续发展的优势,包括区位优势、比较优势和优势农产品等;同时也面临单品贡献率低、投入不够和扶持不足等劣势,以及受价格波动和白色污染的威胁。文章提出协同战略、整合战略和多元化战略等六条新农村可持续发展路径,并在此基础之上,提出发挥党员服务社、以人为本和加快险种等三点创新建议。

| Abstract: | Taking Binzhou city as an example, using SWOT analysis tools, analyzed the factors affecting the sustainable development of new rural area, classified into advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the new rural construction, summed up six paths of the new rural sustainable development, and on this basis, put forward three suggestions. |
