国外水库设计洪水标准研究

摘    要:通常根据工程规模、溃坝后对下游潜在危害性及大坝类型等要素来确定设计洪水的标准。PMF作为国外很多国家的设计洪水标准,对于土石坝设计洪水标准的确定可能是适用的,但是对于重力坝则偏于保守。对水利工程而言。在确定设计洪水标准时也应该考虑工程的经济性。

A Study on the Design Floods Standard of Reservoir in Foreign Countries

Abstract:When making the design floods standards, some factors (including the size of the project, potential hazards to the downstream and the type of dam) should be taken into full consideration. PMF ,as a design flood standard used by many foreign countries, is suitable for an embankment dam, but it is a bit conservative for a gravity dam. For the hydraulic engineering, the design of the floods standard should think about the economical efficiency of project.
