| 摘 要： | 粮食问题是关系国计民生的大问题。当前,粮食危机席卷全球,中国粮食形势不容乐观。黑龙江省是粮食主产区和国家重要商品粮基地,本文分析和研究了我省粮食安全生产的现状及存在的问题,提出应充分发挥其优势、为保障国家粮食安全做贡献的对策。
