| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省矿产资源较为丰富,但人均占有量相对较少。矿产资源勘查市场化程度低,在开发中还存在一些问题亟需解决。根据黑龙江省的矿产资源情况,构建矿产资源经济区,充分利用国内外资金、资源和市场,以保障全省国民经济发展的需要。

| Abstract: | Although Heilongjiang is rich in mineral resources,the percapita quantity of possession is less and the marketization of mineral resources prospecting is low.There are a lot of problems that need urgently to be resolved.The paper points out that in order to meet the need of growth in the national economy of the whole province,Heilongjiang province should establish mineral resources economic zone and fully utilize both domestic and international capital, markets and resources according to the situation of mineral resources in Heilongjiang. |
