Relative Research on Operational Risk Management: Problems and Disputations

Based on the new requirement of Basel II, this paper summarizes the disputations of related scholars and practitioners about operational risk definition, measurement tools, and management measures. On the basis, the paper put forward the questions which need to go deep into solution, and point out the challenge in operational risk management our commercial bank encountering.
