摘    要:抽油机没有平衡装置时,由于上、下冲程中悬点载荷不均衡,满足上冲程负载要求的电动机在下冲程中将做负功,从而出现抽油机不平衡现象。不平衡将造成电动机功率的浪费,降低电动机的效率,缩短电动机及抽汲装置的寿命,破坏曲柄旋转速度的均匀性。采用智能调节平衡重的方式,让抽油机处于平衡状态,达到节能的目的,并通过MATLAB仿真分析其正确性和合理性。

Abstract:When without balancing device,the electromotor will do negative work in down-stroke on condition that the pumping units meet load requirements on upstroke due to imbalance of polished rod load in up-down stroke.This imbalance will cause waste of motor power,reduce efficiency,shorten life of motor power and swabbing device,and destroy evenness of spin velocity of crank.If regulating balance weight with AI and keep balance of the pumping unit,we can save energy and analyze its correctness and reasonableness through MATLAB simulation.
