情绪劳动的测量

情绪劳动是工作的一个组成部分，组织成员在其服务过程中的需要对其情绪进行管理以满足组织的期望。通过对最近几年西方情绪劳动的研究进展进行了总结，发现自从提出情绪劳动的概念以来，对情绪劳动的概念与结构的认识一直存在很大的差异，导致出现了多种不同的测量情绪劳动的工具，其原因在于没有一个客观的统一的衡量标准。在未来的研究中迫切需要解决的是建立一个普遍认同的情绪劳动的概念和结构，在此基础上开发情绪劳动的测量工具。此外，情绪劳动的跨文化研究则可能是未来研究的一个方向。
