| 摘 要： | 农民工是我国改革开放和现代化进程中涌现出的一支新型劳动大军。农民工能否顺利实现市民化,不仅关系到＂三农＂问题的解决,社会公平正义的维护,还关系到社会结构的转型,以至现代化建设的大局。针对农民工市民化转型过程中始终存在的弱势话语地位、缺乏有效的利益表达渠道,利益表达机制不甚健全等问题,应尽快构建农民工的利益表达机制,拓宽农民工利益表达渠道,帮助其采取合理化利益表达方式;充分发挥工会等组织的作用,构建农民工利益表达平台,保证社会和谐和公平正义。
