本土连锁超市客户关系管理探析

摘    要:近年来,在与国外大型连锁超市竞争过程中,本土连锁超市如何提供优质产品,增强顾客服务,与客户建立持久关系以赢得竞争优势,已成为业界重要的研究课题。以扬州地区本土连锁超市为例,构建本土连锁超市客户关系管理体系,要依据客户关系管理的特点。克服目前客户关系管理的不足,建立起稳固的客户关系,即必须在会员制的基础上,充实顾客数据信息,细化客户分类。
