| 摘 要： | 现阶段，我国公立医疗机构服务意识淡薄，服务质量欠佳，医患交流不畅，以药养医，专业素养下降。公共医疗机构的改革应该是明确工作方向，强化服务意识；规范诊疗程序，提高服务质量；畅通医患交流渠道。共创和谐医疗环境；分开管理医与药，断绝医务人员与药品的利益关联。
