| 摘 要： | 股票期权激励与企业自主创新能力具有目标一致性和时期一致性。股票期权激励是提升企业自主创新能力的动力保证。而企业自主创新能力又是股票期权激励效果的检验。在资本市场有效性程度不足时，企业推行股票期权激励提高企业自主创新能力的实践效果会大打折扣。盈利模式市场化程度的高低以及股票期权激励体制的健全程度也影响着股票期权激励的效果和自主创新能力的提高。
