| 摘 要： | 本文分析了新时期我国农村剩余劳动力转移的重要性与现状,建立了一个系统动力学模型,通过反馈环分析,论证了加大对农业和农村教育的投入,提高农村劳动力的受教育年限,增强农民素质,促进劳动力转移,是解决三农问题,建设农村全面小康社会的重要措施. |

| Abstract: | This Article analyses the importance and the present situation of transferring surplus rural labor of our country at new period .we build a model of system dynamics, and with analysis of feedback circle, we prove that we must increase money invested to agriculture and rural education, raise the years received education of rural labor, improve the quality of peasant, promote the transferring of rural labor. These are the important measure to resolve the San-Nong issue and build country all-round well-off society too. |
