Comparative research of China and America electronic business development environment

Advanced Electronic Commerce in US has close connection with its development environment in technological, economic, legal and cultural aspects.These environmental factors in China are quite different from those in US.As China borrows the successful experience from US, all these environmental factors should be taken into account as a whole and develop e-commerce based on its own characteristics.
