车载电子设备的隔振缓冲设计

摘    要:文章分析了机械恶劣环境,尤其是振动、冲击对车载电子设备可靠性的影响,对车载电子设备结构在实际工作环境中所受到的振动和冲击进行了阐述和理论分析,并阐述了隔振缓冲设计对提高车载电子设备可靠性的作用,着重探讨如何对系统进行抗振动冲击设计的方法及具体措施。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the mechanical harsh environment,especially the impact of the vibration,shock of vehicle electronic equipment reliability. The vibrations and shocks,which vehicle electronic equipment suffered under actual working conditions,are described and theoretical analyzed. Vibration isolation buffer design in enhancing the role of vehicle electronic equipment reliability is described. The method of anti-vibration shock system design and the specific measures are discussed.
