高校体育教育专业健美操普修课师资队伍调查与分析

本研究通过对8所具有代表性的陕西省高校体育教育专业的40名健美操普修课教师进行调查,了解到担任课程教学大多数为年轻教师,男教师只有少部分,女教师占有绝大多数,本科学历的教师为主体,职称层次较低,并且大多数教师为健美操专业毕业后担任课程教学。对此提出建议:提高教师队伍的专业素质,对于在职的教师鼓励其不断的提高专业技能。旨在为陕西省高校体育教育专业健美操普修课改革提供参考。

Investigation and Analysis of Teachers Team of Aerobics General Course of College Physical Education Specialty

This study investigates 40 aerobics general course teachers of eight representative Shaanxi college physical education specialty,and understands that most of the young teachers serve as teaching,male teachers accounts for only a few,female teachers occupy the vast majority,teachers with bachelor degree are the main part,the level of professional title is lower and the vast majority of teachers serve as teaching after graduation as aerobics specialty.The recommendations are following： improving the professional quality of teachers,and encouraging in-service teachers to improve professional skills constantly so as to provide reference for the reform of aerobics general course of Shaanxi college physical education specialty.
