高职院校生产性实训研究综述

生产性实训作为培养高职学生实践能力和综合素质的主要途径,其作用越来越受到重视。为使这种形式的实训能持久开展下去并取得好的鲜果,国内外高职院校和学者、专家就实训具体模式、管理机制及操作中的困难与问题,进行了大量的研究和总结。本文就这些研究的主要成果及不同的观点,进行了归纳、综合及陈述。

Overview on the Study of the Productive Training in Higher Vocational College

As the main way of cultivating students＇ practical ability and comprehensive qualities,the role of productive training is becoming more and more important.In order to make this form of training carried out permanently and achieve good effects,many studies have been made about the specific model of training,management mechanism,the difficulties and problems of the operation by the domestic and foreign higher vocational colleges,scholars and experts.This paper states and concludes the main results of these studies and different views.
