我国农村社会养老保险问题研究

由于农村的养老保险体系没有真正建立起来,这严重影响了我国和谐社会建设的风景。为了解决"三农"问题,就必须要结合我国当前的实际,建立多层次的养老保险体系。在经济发达的农村应结合商业保险来完善保障体系;在经济落后的农村,要充分利用国家财政力量,积极构建养老保险体系。

The present rural pension insurance system actually has not truly been established,which has seriously affected the scenery of the construction of the country harmonious society.In order to solve "three dimensional rural issues",China should establish the multi-level pension insurance system linking to our country current reality.In the economical developed rural,our government must use the commercial insurance to perfect the safeguard system.In the economical backwardness rural,government must fully use the national finance strength to construct the pension insurance system.
