| Abstract: | Shahe is rich in iron ore resources in Hebei province.However,the small scale and inefficiency in use lead to much waste of such resources.While appropriate development and use of the resources as well as protection of the environment require a centralized plan to better allocation and balance the relationship between development and protection of the resources.As a result,the combination of the resource efficiency,environmental efficiency and social efficiency will bring about the economic and social sustainable development. |
