水利工程投资进度控制图模型

摘    要:为合理使用资金,保证项目按期完工,将控制图的概念和方法引入工程的投资进度管理中,并以三峡工程的实际投资数据为样本,计算出28个单位工程的资金流曲线,以此为基础建立了S曲线的线性化模型,推导出累计投资曲线控制图。案例计算结果表明,控制图能准确地反映历史项目投资进度的分布范围和统计规律,并且能够应用于在建项目进度的实时监控。

Abstract:In order to rationally use the capital and to complete the project on time, the concept and methods of the control chart were introduced in the investment progress management of projects. The actual investment data of Three Gorges Hydropower Project were taken as the samples. The cash flow curves of 28 projects were calculated.
