商科院校法学专业社会实践模式探索

近年来,上海商学院与上海市消费者权益保护委员会、上海知识产权园等单位签定协议,建立一批校外教学实践基地,同时在校内搭建了"消费维权志愿者上海商学院联络站"、"学生法律工作室"、"大学生法制协会"等平台。2006年,"大学生法制协会"被评为"上海市大学生优秀社团",上海市消费者权益保护委员会召开新闻通气会发布学生调研成果——《关于保健品过度包装问题的调查》。上海商学院法学类专业学生在社会实践活动中注重商学院的行业背景及特色,注重校内外社会实践活动联动,拓展与利用网络资源,倡导探究型社会实践活动,在实践性教学环节的教育教学改革方面作了一些有益的探索,并取得一些阶段性成果。

Study of the Module of Law Students' Social Practice of Business Colleges

Results of Survey On Over-Packaging Of Health Products were announced at the news release held by the Shanghai Consumer's Right and Interest Protection Committee(SCRIPC)in 2006.The survey was conducted by students of the College Student Law Society(one of the excellent college societies in Shanghai)-one of the on campus platforms alongside some off campus practice bases,jointly established by the Shanghai Business College,SCRIPC and Shanghai Knowledge Property Park.The practice study by the law students of Shanghai Business College addresses the roles the school industrial backgrounds and traits can play,the interaction between the on campus and off campus practice,the development and use of the Internet resources and advocating of research based practice.The practice of this kind has contributed to the reform in practical education and teaching,attaining fruitful achievements.
