人力资本的本质特征与企业产权

摘    要:人力资本的投资和贡献仅是要求企业产权的必要条件,这种资本的稀缺性、难测性、专用性和可抵押性构成企业产权要求的根源。通过分析这四个特征可以在权利、定价、效率和风险补偿等方面找到人力资本要求企业产权的内在原因。这些特征是否鲜明,决定了这种资本的企业产权能否顺利实现。

Abstract:The human capital investment and the contribution to the enterprise development are necessary condition of demand of enterprise property rights only. The scarcity, obscurity (hardness of measurement), specialty, and ability of bearing risk establish the source of demanding enterprise rights. We can find the inherent reasons of this kind of demand in aspects of bargaining power, pricing, efficiency, and payment of risking for work by analyzing the four features of human capital. The distinction of these features decides the extent to which owners of human capital obtain the enterprise property rights.
