应用化学专业人才培养方案的实践研究与改革

摘    要:随着电力行业的快速发展,电厂化学岗位作业内容不断更新,技术集成化程度不断增加,所需专业知识不断更新和深化,原有的应用化学(电站方向)专业人才培养方案已不能满足现实需求。为此,在充分调研国电铁岭电厂、宣威电厂、吉林辽源寿山生物质能电厂等企业化学岗位作业内容的基础上,积极开展了人才培养方案的实践研究与改革。通过深化教学思想、改革教学方法、优化教学内容和课程体系,建立了以学生为主体,强化实践技能的应用化学(电站方向)专业人才培养方案。
