摘    要:当前韩国正悄无声息地展开对自身文化的整合和全球传播,形成了独特的流行文化。韩国文化的崛起一方面在于它对自身文化的整合创新,对传统文化和外来文化经过取其精华弃其糟粕的处理,从而形成韩国当代独特的文化。另一方面,它运用现代手段,将文化发展为产业,从而使文化生命力得以展现和推广。韩国娱乐经纪公司的运作模式,韩国流行文化产业化、流行文化国际化、目标市场本土化等经验,为中国流行文化发展提供了借鉴。

Abstract:Currently, South Korea is quietly launched their own cultural integration and globalization of communication.Thus it is forming a unique pop culture. The reason why the Korean rised has two parts of reasons. On the one hand thanks to its own culture integration and innovation of traditional culture.And then through its essence and dis- card the dross processing of foreign culture.As this result, Korean contemporary unique culture has formed. On the oth- er hand, it is the used of modem means developing the culture to the industry. So that the cultural vitality can be dem- onstrated and promoted. The commercial mode of operation to the Korean entertainment agencies ,the industrialization of Korean pop culture, popular culture internationalization, localization and other target markets experience to the development of Chinese popular culture provide a reference.
