| Abstract: | In order to gain a better understanding of the derivatives function and its development necessity, and promote orderly derivatives business development, the article studies derivatives＇ concept and functions as well as the markets development before and after the financial crisis, and then analyzes the necessity and actual demands for the derivatives development. Combining the practice and experiences of ICBC derivatives business performances, the article proposes some views and policy suggestions on an orderly derivatives business development. |
