利率市场化微观基础研究

文章以人民银行成都分行对四川省21个市州的62家地方法人金融机构利率定价能力的调研评估为基础，按照地方法人金融机构定价能力这一轴线进行分析，聚焦利率市场化下地方法人金融机构定价的机制、方法、市场化因素，尝试从金融机构定价能力角度分析市场化微观基础存在的不足，并据此提出夯实利率市场化微观基础的政策建议。

A study on the micro foundation for the interest rate marketization

Based on the surveys and assessments made by the People＇s Bank of China Chengdu Branch on the interest rate pricing capability of 62 local corporate financial institutions in 21 cities and autonomous prefectures in Sichuan Province, this article analyzes the pricing capability of local corporate financial institutions with its focus on the pricing mechanism, methods and marketization factors, strives to find the deficiencies in the micro foundation of marketization from the perspective of the pricing capability of the micro entities, and puts forward policy suggestions on consolidating the micro foundation of interest rate marketization on this basis.
