关于SDR计价证券市场现状的分析

文章回顾了SDR作为官方清算工具的使用情况及其在私人部门中的应用历史，分析了SDR计价证券的优缺点，指出要扩大SDR的国际储备货币职能，除了要加强各国政治经济利益协调之外，还应充分借鉴欧洲货币单位（ECU）的发展经验，扩大SDR计价证券在私人部门中的应用，提高此类证券二级市场的流动性，从而促进SDR在国际贸易和国际投资方面的使用，并发挥分散美元风险的作用。

A study on the current SDR-denominated instruments

This article reviews the use of SDR as an official settlement instrument and its application in private sector, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the SDR-denominated instruments. It indicates that, in order to extend the function of SDR as an international reserve, we should strengthen the coordination of the political and economic interests differences between countries, make full reference to the experience of European Currency Unit （ECU） development, extend the application of SDR-denominated instruments in private sector, and enhance the liquidity of such instruments in the secondary market. Thereby we would promote the use of SDR in international trade and investment, and diversify US dollar risk.
