Impacts of trade-in-goods FX administration reform on enterprises and banks

China＇s trade-in-goods FX administration reform has established a new approach for FX administration, which integrates both convenience and risk management. Since its implementation, the majority of enterprises enjoy policies＇ convenience. The article makes a specific analysis of the reform on the positive impacts to banks and enterprises in light of on-site study. The study shows that the reform has streamlined business workflow and refined enterprises＇ internal management, and simplified the workflow for the verification of bank＇s balance of trade and increased banks＇ awareness in business compliance. Policy suggestions are made to further improve FX administration for trade in goods.
