基于联合库存的粮食供应商与加工商协作定价合同研究

为了指导粮食生产商、加工商的二层决策,提高粮农种粮的积极性,在满足政府对大型供应商补贴建粮库的前提下,对大型粮食供应商与加工商协作定价进行了完全静态博弈分析,得出最优履约公式,并总结了基于联合库存合同的协作定价运作条件——首先确定合理的合同价格谈判范围,在此基础上得出双方履约概率最大的违约金和加工商库存补贴值。该条件有利于指导粮食供应链中供应商与加工商的协作定价合同的制定,同时也说明政府支持大型供应商建粮库有助于粮食供应链的整合。

Research on Collaborative Pricing Contract of Grain Supplier and Processor Based on Jointly Managed Inventory
