实施文化产业强市战略的若干问题研究——以济宁市为例

实施文化产业强市战略，对资源依赖型城市进行产业结构战略性调整尤为重要。济宁市拥有深厚的文化资源，具备实施文化产业强市的现实基础，但是也面临着很多制约因素和现实挑战。因此，必须破除传统思想障碍，构建现代文化产业体系，推进文化与科技、资本、旅游融合发展，形成公有制为主体、多种所有制共同发展的文化产业格局，实现文化产业跨越式发展。

Study on implementing strategies of constructing outstanding cultural cities --Taking Jining as case

To put the outstanding cultural city strategy into practice is important to adjust the industry construction in the resource-dependent cities.Jining City has the rich cultural resources,with the foundation of implementing the outstanding cultural city strategy,but it also faced many limited elements and challenges.Therefore,we must get rid of the traditional ideological obstacles to build a modern system of cultural industries,promote the development of culture,science and technology,capitals and tourism and form the pattern of dominant public ownership and diverse ownership to realize leap-forward development of the cultural industries.
