对高校学习型社团组织建设问题的思考

学习型学生社团组织,就是在“以人为本”的教育理念指导下,以培养德、智、体、美全面发展的高素质人才为目标,充分调动广大学生的积极性,使学生成立以专业发展为依托能自主选择与自由活动的学生组织。基于高校学习型社团的特点,应从确定社团发展目标、规范社团内部组织管理、加强对外交流合作、构建能力提升的评价体系等方面加强建设,促进高校学生社团的健康持续发展。

Thinking about the construction and organization of Learning community in universities

Learning Student Community is a group organization founded by students themselves in order to cultivate high-quality talents with moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic education under the guidance of people-oriented educational theory.It relies on students′ majors and arouses their enthusiasm.On the basis of the characteristics of university learning community and signification of its construction,this paper provides some references for the healthy development of the current college communities by illustrating how to determine the community development goals,regulate its internal management,enhance exchanges and co-operations with other communities,as well as build the evaluation system for capacity improvement.
