| 摘 要： | 法学论文写作是对学生利用所学的法学知识，独立进行学术研究能力的考查过程，同时也是时学生的学术能力和学术精神的培养过程。通过对论文的选题和正文写作两个方面进行研究，分析论文写作应具备的必要条件和写作规范，探讨选题的相关要素以及正文写作部分内容的基本逻辑关系和表达方法，为本科学年论文写作提供基本的思路。

| Abstract: | The writing of legal thesis is the process that students independently study the academic issues with the knowledge relating to laws,as well it is the process of developing the academic capability and fostering the academic morality.The paper will study the main issues of the thesis writing relating to the title determination and the structure of the main body,analyzing the necessary preparation and the rules for them,and discuss the relevant factors relating to the title determination and the basic logic and expression relating to the main body,so as to provide a clear thinking way for the writing of school year thesis. |
